Our friendly and knowledgeable reception team can help with everything from weather forecasts and ski field reports, to recommendations for local walks, adventure activities and restaurants. We can also handle your bookings, with no additional booking or credit card fees, and the best rates in town. Just let us know how we can help!
BATHROOMS
You’re never far away from one of several clean and well-appointed ablution blocks dotted around the park, each with its own unique character. Showers are included in your rate and have no limit on time or (solar-powered) hot water.
BARBECUE AREAS
Enjoy fresh air, sunshine and good times in our leafy grounds which feature several barbecue areas including a cute, thatched hut and our popular plumbing-themed Tapas BBQ area. Barbecue use is free of charge for all guests.
BIKE, SKI, BAG, & VEHICLE STORAGE
Creeksyde is proud to be bike-friendly and offers a locked bike storage and a clean-down area. We also cater to snow-sports enthusiasts with ski storage and a drying room. Don’t have your own gear? We can organise bike rentals & ski packages, with door-to-door delivery sometimes available. Short-term & small fee applies.
CONFERENCE & BUSINESS SERVICES
Our comfortable meeting room is perfect for family gatherings, conferences, or other meetings of up to 30 people. We can arrange the room to suit your needs and offer additional services including Wifi connection, photocopying and arranging catering. Advance booking and modest room hire fees apply.
DUMP STATION & CAR WASH
There are two drive over dump station facilities available. The car wash and vacuum area is available beside reception.
KITCHENS & LOUNGES
Make your own home-cooked meals in one of several bright and clean kitchens located around the park. Cooking pot sets are available to hire during reception opening hours. When it’s time to relax with a book or catch up on your favourite TV programme, head to one of our cosy lounges dotted around the park.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Keep up with laundry duties with our coin-operated washers and dryers or use one of our many sunshine clothes lines. Detergent and change is readily available from reception.
SAUNA & SPA BATH
Relax in a private sauna or spa bath – the perfect therapy after a big day’s skiing, hiking, white-water rafting or other Queenstown activities. Available during reception hours, additional charge applies.
