POWERED SITES

Nestled into Creeksyde’s parklike grounds are grass and hard-standing sites for campervans, caravans and electric vehicles, with power, water and an array of shared facilities.

MOTELS

Enjoy the home comforts and convenience of our studios or two-bedrooms motel units set in Creeksyde’s gardens where there are barbecues areas and other pleasant communal areas.

SELF CONTAINED UNITS

Great for small groups and family gatherings, our self-contained apartments are a great base for your Queenstown stay. Choose from one or two-bedroom options or our spacious five-room lodge, supplied with all the essentials including cooking equipment and linens.

ENSUITES

A great option for budget-conscious travellers, these cosy downstairs or upstairs units feature a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, along with breakfast-making facilities including a toaster and fridge. All linen/towels are included. Communal facilities include kitchen, lounge, barbecue area and car park.

What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations and changes must be received in writing. If you wish to change or cancel your booking, please email bookings@camp.co.nz and quote your booking reference number.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of full stay.
  • Cancellations received more than 72 hours, but less than 14 days from arrival will be charge 100% of first night.
  • Cancellations received more than 14 days from arrival will be charged a $50 (for accommodation) or $25 (for sites) administration fee.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of total booking amount.
Changes that reduce the booking will be treated as cancellations. Damage or excessive cleaning will be charged for. A bond of up to $500 may be required at management discretion. Refunds will only be made to the credit card debited for the original transaction.
Do you allow pets?
If you are staying on our campsites, we welcome well behaved furry friends at the discretion of our management, provided that is registered with our reception. The following rules apply at all times. Your pet must be always supervised by a member of your party and either:
  • Attached to a member of your party by lead or being carried;
  • Attached to your vehicle by a lead; or
  • Enclosed within a cage or house.
Please treat our park as you would a walking trail and clean up after your pet.

No pets may be taken into a unit or facilities whether on a lead or within own cage or house. This rule is most important due to the possibility of the next guests having an allergy.

Should a pet be found to have been in a unit or facilities, a ‘decontamination’ charge of NZ$150.00 will apply.

Management reserves the right to request that you and your pet leave the park should other guests feel threatened or upset by the presence of your pet.
Do you have tent sites?
In general our sites are not suitable for tents.

Generally not, but please talk to our team at reception.
Do you offer early check in?
Generally not, but please talk to our team at reception.
What are your check in and out times?
Check in: 2pm for Accommodation; 1pm for sites
Check out: 10am

Late arrivals: Please advise us before 7pm if you expect to arrive after 7pm. Details and instructions for your accommodation / site will be left in the late arrivals box just to the left of the reception door. You will also receive a late arrival email with instructions.
What should I do if I arrive after hours?
If you have an existing booking, an email with late arrival instructions will be sent to you If you do not have an existing booking, and the No Vacancy sign is not out, please review the sign on the door of reception for any available sites.
Can we be close to the amenities?
We have three sets of facilities, so all sites are within easy reach.
Do you have a Laundry?
Yes, we have multiple coin operated washers and dryers around the park. Coins can be changed at reception.
How much do Showers Cost?
Our showers are included in the cost of your accommodation.
Can I sleep in my car?
All vehicles must have a fully private sleeping area, which means that curtains or window shades must cover the internal of all windows.
Can you store my luggage?
Yes, we offer free storage on the day of check-out and paid longer term storage can be arranged for our guests.
Can we store our car/camper overnight if we go away?
Please ask at reception for prices; subject to availability.
What age is considered a child?
Infants: 0-2 years
Child: 3-14 years
Please note that any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
